1Introduction

3Account Eligibility

4Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the wbwin02 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances without prior notice.

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, valid email address, and a phone number accessible to you. 5Terms of Use

Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. wbwin02 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime wherever practicable.

6Deposits & Withdrawals

wbwin02 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR and DuitNow Transfer, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and all participating Malaysian banks), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Minimum deposit is RM50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within one (1) business day under normal operating conditions. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected, the results of any security review, and the volume of requests being handled at the time. wbwin02 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

7Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, birthday rewards, referral bonuses, and other promotional incentives offered by wbwin02 are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the point of offer. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (typically between 10x and 30x) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be requested.
• Maximum Bet: While bonus funds are active, a maximum bet limit of MYR 250–500 per round or bet placement applies. Wagers exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Specific contributions are listed within each promotion's individual terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses not used or wagering requirements not satisfied within the stated validity period (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from crediting) will be automatically forfeited.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wbwin02 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, subject to immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies:

• Creating or operating multiple Accounts for any purpose, including exploitation of welcome or referral bonuses.
• Using the Platform to launder funds or to engage in any transaction that facilitates money laundering in contravention of applicable anti-money laundering (AML) legislation.
• Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage (collusion), including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker.
• Using or attempting to use software, hardware, or algorithmic tools (bots, auto-clickers, scripts) to automate play or gain an advantage over the Platform's systems.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or software vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any Member who identifies such a vulnerability must report it to our support team immediately without exploiting it.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other communication with wbwin02.
• Engaging in any form of chargeback fraud, including disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or payment provider.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the wbwin02 Platform — including but not limited to the wbwin02 name, logo, visual design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and audio-visual elements — is the proprietary property of wbwin02 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

10Limitation of Liability

11Suspension & Termination

wbwin02 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, without prior notice, where:

• A Member is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• A Member has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspicious activity is identified on the Account, including patterns consistent with fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• A Member is found to be under 21 years of age.
• A self-exclusion or exclusion order is in force in respect of the Member.
• wbwin02 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order.

Upon termination for cause, wbwin02 may forfeit any balance (including real money and bonus funds) held in the Account. Where termination is initiated at the Member's request and no breach is involved, any remaining real money balance (net of any active bonus funds) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method following completion of all outstanding KYC requirements.

12Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law principles. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support team shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent wbwin02 from seeking interim or injunctive relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm pending resolution of any dispute.

13Amendments to These Terms

wbwin02 reserves the right to revise, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, security, or regulatory compliance reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.
